Effective August 1, 2009, Scouts must use the 2009 version of the Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project Workbook (512-927).  The link to this document is below.

As you plan and carry out your leadership service project, use the Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project Workbook to record your plans and progress.

The workbook may be downloaded as a fillable PDF document .  This format allows Scouts to enter information electronically and save the document to make future changes. Or simply, print out a copy and fill it in by hand. 

Alternately, you may obtain a printed copy from your local council service center - ask for an Eagle Project Workbook.

Remember that others will be reading these pages. You should print, type, or write legibly using black or blue ink. You may add as many pages as needed to thoroughly complete the workbook.
