The Crossroads of America Council Advancement Committee has elected to use a form to make it easier for Eagle Scout references to determine the Scout's worthiness for the Eagle Scout rank. It is suggested that the Eagle Scout candidate deliver a reference form at least four (4) weeks before his desired Eagle Board of Review date to ensure that the reference has the necessary time to complete the form.
This form will be mailed by the reference to the local council service center for that Scout's district. Each link below provides the Scout with the appropriate PDF form for their district.
