Tips to help your pack earn the award!

1. Select a pack trainer
2. Fill out the pack trainer sign up sheet
3. Make a list of all your unit leaders and what training they have had.
4. Hold fast start and new leader essential trainings in your unit or direct leaders to online training.
5. Publicize new leader specific courses offered in your area.

What Makes a Trained Leader?

• Cub Scout leaders are considered trained when they have completed Fast Start, Cub Scout Leader Specific Training and New Leader Specific for their position.
