Beautifully situated on Lake Monroe, one of the state’s largest lakes, Ransburg Scout Reservation is 624 acres of adventure. Sailing, water skiing, horseback riding, hiking, nature trails and more await each Scout who spends a memorable week or more at Ransburg every summer.

Also available is Camp Krietenstein. Located east of Terre Haute, Camp Krietenstein offers a great camping experience for every scout! Whether this is your first time at summer camp or you are hoping to sharpen your aquatics, shooting, or outdoor skills, Krietenstein is the place for you.

 Baden Powell & Dan Beard Camp Minimize

Baden-Powell Camp offers the opportunity for Scouts to work on several merit badges, many being Eagle required.  Located at Belzer Scout Camp on the northeast side of Indianapolis, the camp operates Monday through Thursday from 8:45 to 3:00. Scouts that are First Class or higher as well as those Scouts who have completed the Dan Beard Camp are eligible to attend. Campers will be given the opportunity for a recreational swim each day.

Dan Beard Camp is designed for younger Scouts, who will have the opportunity to complete various requirements towards the ranks of Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class. This camp will emphasize the major skills needed in those three ranks. Scouts attending Dan Beard will also earn the First Aid merit badge and Camper, the first rank of Firecrafter. Dan Beard Camp is located at Belzer Day Camp on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The camp operates Monday through Thursday from 8:45AM to 3:00PM.
