Employment Opportunities

Scouting Professional

If you are looking for employment, consider being a Scouting professional. The work is challenging, but the rewards of working for our "company" can offer advancement as well as benefits. Four year college degree required. To explore the possibilities, contact Rob Hemmelgarn at 317-813-7058 or e-mail rhemmelg@crossroadsbsa.org .

Program Aides

Several of our urban units offer opportunities of part-time work as Program Aides. These aides provide a Scouting program to at-risk youth. If you have an interest in working directly with youth in a pack, troop or crew, Scouting may have a place for you.
