District Dinner Invitation

Joseph E. WiltroutAs your newly elected District Chair, I wanted to send you a personal invitation to attend the upcoming Bear Creek District Dinner. The dinner will be held at 5:00pm Saturday, March 30, 2019 at New Heights Christian Church in Connersville. Please RSVP to https://scoutingevent.com/160-2019BCDistrictDinner by March 24 if you are planning on attending. Further details are below.

This is a night to celebrate. Celebrate our Eagle Scouts from 2018; celebrate and honor some of our most outstanding volunteers and celebrate where Bear Creek is headed into the future. Also, we have invited our Council Executive, Joe Wiltrout, to be our speaker for the evening. I am sure Joe will be sharing with us the state of the Council and sharing his vision for the future of Crossroads of America Council. This will be a wonderful opportunity to meet Joe and to hear his thoughts on Scouting.

Our dinner is a traditional pitch-in with dinner items being assigned by county. Wayne and Randolph are responsible for main dishes, side dishes are to be provided by our Shelby county units, salads or veggies Fayette county, desserts from Rush and Franklin counties and beverages Union county. To let us know what you plan to bring to the dinner, please follow this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1vVi6hWETP660UZgcYmz98AOzEMBwfKsNE23np8NZuTQ
