The Iron Horse District Awards are honors
bestowed upon deserving volunteers who have
distinguished themselves with their service to
Scouting. Nominations are requested in January
so final designations can be made in time for
proper planning and recognition at the District
Dinner in May.

Iron Horse District serves the
youth of Hancock, Rush, Shelby, Henry and Fayette Counties in Central
Indiana by providing support to Scouting Programs, including Boy Scout
Troops, Cub Scout Packs and Venturing Crews. With an eye on growth and
continuous improvement, the district leadership and volunteers are
dedicated to Building Stronger Units, so that Scouts and Scouters of
Iron Horse District may realize their Ideal Year of Scouting.
