Fundraising

Is fundraising part of your Ideal Year of Scouting Plan?

Units are encouraged to begin discussing their 2007-08 plan in the spring of 2007. A well thought out plan assists in determining program costs and helps a unit choose the best way to raise those funds. A meeting with boys and parents in the fall of each program year is encouraged to describe the unit's plan of events and activities coupled with the budgeting and fundraising plans. Contact your Unit Commissioner for assistance in planning for your ideal year of scouting!

For units planning on selling Trail's End popcorn for the 2007-08 year, details will be forthcoming. Watch this site for the sales calendar and other important information. Friends of Scouting Campaign

The Friends of Scouting campaign is a critical aspect of funding our council's camps and infrastructure. Units are encouraged to include the Friends of Scouting campaign in their annual planning of scouting events.

NED Boy Scout "SPIRIT NIGHTS" 2007

Chick-fil-A of Castleton Square Mall will donate 20% of food purchased by NED Scouts on Monday, August 20th, and on Tuesday, September 18th back to NED Scouting.  You must present this flyer at the time of purchase.
