The Annual Scouting Awards Dinner is designed to recognize outstanding citizens and community leaders, gain positive exposure for Scouting programs in 26 central Indiana counties and to raise operating funds for growing programs.

The Terre Haute Night of Scouting is a key support event to our Wabash Valley District and Terre Haute Service Center. Annually, a community leader is honored with the Good Scout Award as voted on by the previous recipients.

24th Annual Governor’s Luncheon for Scouting – Thursday, December 12, 2019

In its 20+ years, the Governor’s Luncheon for Scouting has served as Crossroads of America Council’s kickoff for its annual fundraising campaign, Friends of Scouting (FOS). The luncheon raises more than $1 million each year to help offset the costs of providing character development programs, camps, training and much more to the council’s more than 34,000 youth and 7,500 adult volunteers.
