Welcome to the brand new Leader's Area.  We hope that this area will become a destination for you to find out more about becoming a better leader.  To that end, we are in the process of developing an "Online Roundtable"; that is, an area for you to interact with other leaders, ask questions, provide feedback, and get great ideas.
