After School Program of Crossroads of America Council

Crossroads of America Council aims to beneficially involve every eligible child and his or her family in the fun and adventure of our programs. The After School Scouting division provides Scouting programs to youth in a non-traditional setting through trained program leaders facilitating weekly programming. The division serves more than 2,000 youth in 57 Scouting units in Marion and surrounding counties.

Our Vision

  • Increase youth participation while retaining more youth annually.
  • Increase youth advancing through the program.
  • Increase the number of hours of community service.
  • Increase youth outdoor experience.

To Our Parents

We hope that your child enjoys their time in the Scouting After School program. Our goal is to provide them with a fun and educational program and to help them grow into well-rounded individuals. If your child is interested in joining our program, please contact their school. To see if your school hosts a Scouting Unit, please check our list of locations. To see what your scout is working on or for forms and other resources, see the resources page.
